EL DORADO COUNTY ISSUES DIRECTIVE TO RESIDENTS TO SHELTER IN PLACE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Hass March 19, 2020 530-621-4609 916-293-2046 (PLACERVILLE, CA) – El Dorado County Public Health Officer Dr. Nancy Williams today issued a directive for all County residents to remain at home except to engage in “essential activities,” effective 11:59 PM, March 20, 2020, to slow the spread of COVID-19. “I have taken this unprecedented step to stem the tide of the virus among our population to protect our most vulnerable residents,” Williams said. “Quite simply, how successful we are in protecting the health of the most number of people in El Dorado County will depend on our residents abiding by this directive.” The directive applies to the unincorporated areas of the County, the City of Placerville and the City of South Lake Tahoe.

Self Inspection Forms are to be downloaded and mailed into Pioneer Fire Protection District at P.O. Box 128 Somerset, CA 95684. You also have the option to submit the online form through our website. Self Inspection information will only be shared with the Pioneer Fire Protection District in order to increase our efforts for community risk reduction.

All forms must be submitted with images of the front and back of the property.
Please email images of your property in the following format:
